I thought in a single storey house only one registered dog is allowed and a double storey only two registered dogs are allowed?
Two dogs are left outside, three dogs under the bed? :P

In Penang, there is not a problem in the numbers of dogs you are keeping so far. But have to make sure the dogs are not making too much noise.
All my dogs are kept outdoor, coz they are too huge and too active to be an indoor dog.

That's a little strange because penang is just an island and they didn't limit the number of dogs an owner can own.
